Job Description
Law Offices of Wiliani-Malek has immediate opening for an Immigration Law Office Support Specialist. Centrally located in Santa Ana. We are an Immigration Specialized Law Office, currently looking for a smart, team driven and responsible, Spanish bilingual Law Office Support Specialist to perform law office administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
Answer and screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages and make callbacks
Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment
Schedule appointments, meetings as needed
Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
General clerical duties including database entry, photocopying, maintaining clients billing list
Record and compile minutes of meetings as directed; perform as translator if required
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Higher education degree in Business Administration or legal field is preferred
Bilingual, English and Spanish; verbal and written
3+ years of office experience required; law office experience preferred
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and typing skills required
Working knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Friendly and pleasant disposition.
